Chris Locklin is vice president and area director of the CIBER Pittsburgh branch. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the Pittsburgh operation including sales, recruiting, HR, Financial and administration as well as Delivery for CIBER's Pittsburgh and Cleveland locations.
Before assuming this position, Mrs. Locklin held various positions at CIBER. She was VP Administration, and Branch Manager. Under Mrs. Locklin’s supervision the Pittsburgh branch has consistently been ranked as one of the top 3 CIBER branches, as well as being ranked as one of the largest IT consulting firms in Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Locklin is active in the community and supports several charities in the Pittsburgh area. She is a board member of Arsenal Family and Children’s center and an active participant with Genesis House, Hearth, and Mother’s Hope foundation. Hearth honored her with the President award in 2007. Mrs. Locklin resides in the east with her husband and 4 children.
